🚨 MITSY IS NOW OFFICIALLY A WANTAGE LEGEND 🚨

Our trusty police trucks, Mitsy & Beaver, have been at it again… although this time, Mitsy has well and truly stolen the show. 😂

On 28/09, our team located a male driving on Chain Hill, Wantage, who was disqualified from driving.
When officers tried to engage with him, he decided reversing back up Chain Hill was the best course of action.

Realising he had nowhere to go, the driver then attempted an Indiana Jones-style escape, squeezing through a narrow gap between Mitsy and a building. 

Unfortunately for him, Mitsy wasn’t having it.

With the vehicle pinned between Mitsy and the wall, three people made off from the vehicle, with two subsequently arrested. 🏃‍♂️💨

👮‍♂️ One male was arrested on suspicion of:
• Being concerned in the supply of Class A drugs
• Being concerned in the supply of Class B drugs

👮‍♂️ The second male was arrested on suspicion of:
• Being concerned in the supply of Class A drugs
• Being concerned in the supply of Class B drugs
• Driving whilst disqualified
• Drug driving
• Failing to stop at the scene of an accident
• Failing to stop for police
• Having no insurance

Needless to say… his car is a write-off. 💥
And Mitsy?
A dent. 😂

Unlike Beaver, who seems to break at the sight of a stone 🫣, Mitsy is an absolute beast.

At this rate, we’re going to need a statue of Mitsy in Wantage town centre. 🗿😂
